PARENTS and TEACHERS

Each week, I’ll post an activity to do with the children to get them talking about what makes them special. Teachers can do it at school and the parents can follow up at home. If the teachers don’t do it at school, then the parents can do it with their child. I will keep the first one up until Mother’s Day since my web site is new.

Activity One:

Have each child say what they like about themselves best. Perhaps you can tell them what you like about them as well. This can lead to drawing or playing the game where you pass the paper around the class and everyone gets a chance to write something positive about all the students in the class. This is a great feel-good exercise.

A great Mother’s Day gift can be letting mom know what they like best about her!
